Need an invoice? Choose "Pay by invoice" under the Payment Method option. An administration fee of £10 will be added to the invoice. The invoice is processed manually and will be sent electronically within 5-10 business days.

Terms and conditions

NDC Conferences reserves the right to make changes to the agenda at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Any changes to the program will be noted on our website and delegates should check regularly for updates.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your purchase of tickets within 14 days of placing your order. After 14 days the following terms apply:

• Cancellations a minimum of 60 days prior to the event: 50% of the ticket price is refundable.
• Cancellations a minimum of 30 days prior to the event: 25% of the ticket price is refundable.
• Cancellations within 30 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

Force Majeure applies.
